About Julian Dozier

Julian brings an extensive real estate background with a specific emphasis on single family investment properties. Primary area of concentration is Denton county. Julian offers his clients an outstanding level of service. His formal education and training, in harmony with his many years of experience purchasing, owning and selling multiple properties, allows Julian to excel at every level of the real estate transaction. Prior to earning his real estate license, Julian worked for the Internal Revenue Service as a Human Resources Consultant for over 22 years. He has owned several businesses, to include a Texas based staffing firm. Julian’s background and experience allows him the ability to seek creative solutions and thoroughly understands his clients needs. Julian is known by clients and colleagues alike for his tenacity when negotiating transactions, his perseverance in satisfying his clients needs and most importantly he is known for being honest and fair. Julian is married to the lovely Mrs. Grechele Simmons-Dozier and they have five amazing adult children. The Dozier’s are members of Antioch Christian Fellowship in Corinth, Texas. Lastly, in their favorite pastimes are; traveling, boating and golfing.
